Kundalini yoga practice aims to awaken and raise Kundalini energy through various physical postures (kriyas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.
Focus: is to awaken dormant spiritual energy (Kundalini Shakti) located at the base of the spine and move it up through the body’s central channel, culminating at the crown chakra, for spiritual awakening and higher consciousness.
Pacing: emphasizes slow, controlled, synchronized movements and breathwork for energy channeling and spiritual awareness, often incorporating specific breath patterns and chanting to guide the flow and energy within the body, particularly up the spine.
Accessibility: considered highly accessible because it can be adapted for people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, with many classes focusing on seated exercises and breathing techniques to accommodate diverse physical needs. Our practice is inclusive, offering benefits for stress relief, emotional healing and spiritual growth to a wide range of individuals, including those with trauma, chronic stress, and even disabilities.
