
I am Ananya, a Yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast with a background in nutrition and dietetics. I started my journey teaching yoga to students from Class 1 to 12, where I shared practical lessons, yogic theory, and various yogic activities. I have also participated in International Yoga Conferences and National Conclave, which helped me deepen my understanding of teaching yoga.
In 2025, I created a special 14-days ‘Little Yogis – Movement & Mindfulness’ Online program to introduce children to yoga in a way that feels simple, enjoyable, and easy for them to connect with. I have also taught yoga at a fitness studio, which expanded my experience with diverse age groups. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, and exploring food and cuisines. I am grateful to be in a field that aligns with my values, where I can guide others toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
