
Yoga is a science of health and wellness that can work for everyone. There are no physical, mental or spiritual pre-requisites for doing yoga. We believe that yoga is the union of one’s mind and body and beyond that, it is highly individualized and unique to every practitioner. It’s an art form of self-expression, as unique as dance. There should be no competition, judgement or stress while doing yoga.
These days marketing and social media may create a false impression that yoga requires us to be highly flexible or perform contortions. We’re saddened if seeing yoga presented that way might discourage anyone from trying it. In real life, practicing yoga can look many ways!
Yoga2Me founder VB is deeply rooted in the original teachings of Sage Patanjali and the Sutras (formulae) he created for achieving true yoga, where the mind and the body work in harmony, where one is led by breath (Pranayama) and where the aim is to relieve stress, anxiety and worry, which frees us in unique ways.
The Yoga2Me story is rooted in our belief that yoga is for everyone. Our instructors are here to guide and help you on your journey towards your goals and to make it safe, enjoyable and stress-free.You don’t have to look or practice yoga like anyone else, just let your mind and body connect through the medium of your breath.
